Through the Czech Union of Caricaturists and a similar organization in Milan, we asked several cartoonists to draw a joke based on the subject of, “interpreting a specific work of art.”
. . .
Description: A horizontal pole is anchored on the wall of a gallery cca. two meters above the ground. Its free end (the end sticking out into the gallery) is slightly bent downward.
. . .
The imaginary work of art was based on my arm, with a limp hand hanging down.
. . .
Acknowledgments: The Czech Union of Caricaturists (ČUK), its vice-president Ivan Hanousek, and the individual artists.
