Asked to chart their lives with their art, many said, “yes, I’d love to,” but it was not uncommon that people would turn around, and say that when they confronted their own life this way, they were unable to continue. Three Czech female artists picked up the challenge: Jitka Valová, Jana Kalinova, and Veronika Holcová.
