Papírny, které založila rodina Hassů v roce 1873, ukončily svou činnost v roce 2000. Nyní zde mimo jiné najdete Perlu, galerii a místo zaměřené na umělecké, uměleckořemeslné a sociokulturní aktivity. Projděte si areál bývalé papírny, zastavte se na molu nad řekou a v Národní galerii se podívejte na právě nalezené rakety Stana Filka, výstavu Ibra Ibrahimoviče: Obrazová příloha ke ztracené mapě Velké práce na Severu. Zastavte se v otevřeném ateliéru Tomáše Bambuška na výstavě „Kurnik, prasečák národního sněhuláka“.
